Terms of Use for Dusted

Introduction

These Terms of Use apply when you use Dusted ("we", "our", or "us") on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement covers your licence to the app; these terms add the rules for what you post in it. The app asks you to agree to them before your first post.

What Counts as a Post

Anything you write or upload that other people can see: feedback items and their comments and screenshots, Beta Chat messages, comments and reactions on friends' runs, your profile name and bio, group names, and Studio prompts and images.

Community Rules

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post anything that:

• is hateful, harassing, threatening or bullying, or attacks people for who they are
• is sexual, or graphically violent
• is illegal, or encourages harm to yourself or others
• is spam, advertising, or impersonates someone
• shares someone else's private information without their permission
• infringes someone else's copyright or other rights

Reporting, Blocking and Removal

• Every post can be reported from its menu, and every person can be blocked, which hides what they post from you.
• A word filter holds back posts with offensive words before they are sent.
• We review reports and may remove any post, and suspend or remove any account, that breaks these rules, without notice.
• To reach us about a post or an account, use Contact Support in any report dialog, or the contact details on the About page.

Your Posts

You keep the rights to what you post. By posting, you allow us to store it and show it to the people it is shared with, inside the app and on its public feedback pages. Deleting your account in the app removes them (see the Privacy Policy).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and a significant change is asked for again in the app before your next post.
